Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Our award-winning plant-based Cauliflower Pizza Crust is high in fiber and gives you a serving of vegetables. This low-carb alternative crust will allow you to enjoy the Neapolitan-style pizza everyone loves while getting the nutrients you need.
Our gluten-free crusts are the only ones in the industry with rising air pockets. Each crust is hand-stretched and stone-baked delivering a truly traditional Neapolitan style pizza. Extra virgin olive oil is used to make our delicious gluten-free crusts and we hold taste and quality to the highest of standards.


Keep product frozen at 0°F (-18°C) while preheating. Do not eat without cooking. For food safety and quality, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Pizza crust when edges are golden brown. Individual appliances may vary.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Remove frozen pizza from all packaging.
  3. Add any additional toppings of your choice.
  4. Bake pizza directly on center rack for 5-7 minutes.

Caution: Crust will be very hot. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.



Crust: Cauliflower, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, inulin, psyllium husk powder, water, dextrose, fructose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, brown cane sugar, sea salt.
