TEXAN  BEYOND-MEAT PIZZA (GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN)

First, we mastered the Neapolitan style gluten-free crust and now we’ve mastered the plant-based pizza! Partnering with Beyond Meat® and Good Planet Foods we have launched a new line of vegan pizzas. Inspired by southern cuisine, we topped our Neapolitan style crust with premium tomato sauce, Beyond Beef® Feisty Crumbles, vegan cheese, red onions, green & orange peppers, and jalapenos. Each crust is hand-stretched & stone-baked and made with extra virgin olive oil. The result is a traditional Neapolitan Style pizza with a modern twist!

In addition, our gluten-free pizza is the only one in the industry with rising air pockets.

Above all of our products are gluten-free certified and made in a gluten-free facility.  
Crust: Water, Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Inulin, Psyllium Husk Powder, Dextrose, Fructose, Modified Cellulose, Brown Cane Sugar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Yeast.

Topping: Tomato Sauce (Tomatoes, Blend Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil And Sunflower Oil, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Naturally Derived Citric Acid), Beyond Beef® Feisty Crumbles (Water, Pea Protein, Canola Oil, Spice, Rice Flour, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavors, Sugar, Potassium Chloride, Contains 0.5% Or Less: Citric Acid, Paprika Extract), Vegan Mozzarella (Filtered Water, Potato Starch, Coconut Oil, Modified Starches (Potato), Sea Salt, Imitation Mozzarella Flavor (Vegan Source), Citrus Fiber, Sorbic Acid, Beta Carotene), Red Onion, Orange Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Jalapeño, Balsamic Vinegar (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Caramel Coloring), Oregano. Contains: Coconut, Sulfites.
Keep product frozen at 0°F (-18°C) while preheating. Do not eat without cooking. For food safety and quality, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Pizza is done when cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown. Individual appliances may vary.

Conventional Oven:
   
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Remove frozen pizza from all packaging.
  3. Bake pizza directly on center rack for 16-18 minutes.

Caution: Pizza will be very hot. Let pizza stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
